Scope of Services
Oxipro Corp USA provides professional logistics coordination, warehousing, cargo
handling, customs documentation, packaging, and freight consulting services.
We do not operate as a freight forwarder, carrier, or licensed freight broker.
Payment Terms
All payments must be received in full prior to the execution of any service, unless
otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Invoices are issued upon confirmation of the requested scope of services.
Late payments may incur additional fees or delays in service.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only for services not rendered.
If a confirmed service is canceled before execution, the client may request a refund
in writing within ten (10) business days from the cancellation notice.
Refunds are subject to review and approval by our accounting department.
Liability
Oxipro Corp USA shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or mishandling
caused by third-party carriers or agents.
It is the client’s responsibility to obtain appropriate cargo insurance coverage if
protection against such events is required.
Prohibited Uses
Clients must not use our services to ship or store items that are:
Illegal or restricted under U.S. federal or international law
Hazardous, flammable, corrosive, or otherwise dangerous
Subject to embargo, trade sanctions, or export control
Listed on Oxipro Corp USA’s Prohibited Items List
Oxipro Corp USA reserves the right to inspect, reject, or dispose of any shipment that
violates these conditions.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under
the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration will take place in the State of Georgia, United States, and both parties
waive their right to pursue litigation in court.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
